Ingredients
• 2 large boneless chicken breasts
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1½ tbsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
• 1 tsp paprika
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 12 oz rotini pasta
• 2 tbsp butter
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 1½ cups heavy cream
• ¾ cup grated parmesan cheese
• ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
• Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
1. Season chicken generously on both sides with Chef Bae seasoning, paprika, and black pepper.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and let rest.
3. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
4. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
5. Pour in heavy cream and stir, letting it gently simmer.
6. Add parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and a light sprinkle of Chef Bae seasoning. Stir until smooth and creamy.
7. Add pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat. Use reserved pasta water if needed to loosen sauce.
8. Slice chicken and place on top of pasta. Garnish with parsley and extra parmesan.![]()

Sautéed Garlic Broccoli
Ingredients
• 3 cups broccoli florets
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tsp Chef Bae All-Purpose Seasoning
• ½ tsp garlic powder
• Pinch black pepper
Instructions
1. Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Add broccoli and sauté 3–4 minutes until bright green and tender with a slight bite.
3. Season with Chef Bae seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper.
4. Toss well and remove from heat
