A Difficult Beginning

Bethany was born with congenital abnormalities that left her delicate face scarred and misshapen. Unlike other puppies who entered the world with excitement and warmth, Bethany’s journey was marked by hardship from the very start.

She was abandoned on the unforgiving streets of Ukraine, left to fend for herself in an environment where survival was uncertain.

For many stray animals, life on the streets is a constant battle against hunger, cold, and neglect. Bethany was no exception.

Despite her condition, Bethany fought to stay alive. Her will to live was stronger than the circumstances she was born into. She scavenged for food, often going days without a proper meal.

Passersby ignored her, perhaps unsettled by her appearance, but Bethany never let despair overtake her.

Deep in her heart, she held onto hope—hope that one day, someone would see beyond her scars and recognize the beautiful soul within.

A Chance at a New Life

Bethany’s prayers were answered when a kind-hearted rescuer spotted her, curled up in a cold alleyway, shivering and weak. This compassionate individual saw beyond her physical imperfections and recognized a dog yearning for love and care.

Without hesitation, they scooped her up and rushed her to a local rescue center.
