The Sprouse Twins Today: Their Life Today, 30

Dylan and Cole Sprouse know that sometimes you have to be two.

The adorable identical twins, who conquered our hearts nearly 25 years ago thanks to their playful interpretation of the early little boy in Big Daddy with Adam Sandler, are no longer small. They’re not boys either.

Now beautiful thirty-somethings, Dylan and his young brother Cole, 15 minutes old, are no longer as attached as at the beginning of their career, but they are still very close.

Born in 1992, the adorable blonde boys were only 8 months old when they began to share the roles of toddlers or children in commercials, on television and in film.

Early Beginnings of Twins in Hollywood

Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen – from Full House – testify to this, identical twins are an important resource in Hollywood because of child labor laws that prevent children from working too many hours.

And for the little Sprouses, two of them were better than one.

They revealed themselves in the comedy series Grace Under Fire, where, from 1993 to 1998, they played the son of Grace Kelly, the main character of Brett Butler. Moving from the infant stage to the six-year-old talking and walking, the twins were extraordinary in sharing the role of Patrick Kelly.

“As Grace’s 8-month-old, it’s impossible to tell at this point whether Dylan and Cole Sprouse are the Olsen twins of tomorrow,” Tim Grey wrote in Variety.

First steps solo : Cole in Friends

From 2000 to 2002, the Cole/Dylan duo separated when Cole starred in the hit TV series Friends. In the role of Ben, the young son of Ross Gellar, played by David Schwimmer, Cole played the role alone, the first role without Dylan.

Speaking of his favorite episode of Friends in which he appeared, “The one with the holiday tattoo,” Cole explains: “I remember it very well. I was fascinated by the costumes and practical effects they had.”

He also revealed that costumes were not his only enthusiasm. He also had the crush on his co-star, who played the role of Rachel. In an interview with TODAY, Cole said: “I’m pretty sure I fell in love with Jennifer Aniston, which was the case with the world at the time. But I remember being very intimidated by her because of it. I remember I didn’t understand my text and I had the hassle when she sat next to me on the couch in an episode.”
