Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup milk (add gradually)
- 1 tbsp oil or melted butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder (or 1 clove fresh garlic, finely minced)
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley or green onion (optional)
🍳 Instructions
1. Make the Liquid Dough
In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, garlic, and herbs.
Slowly add milk and oil, mixing until you get a smooth, pourable batter (similar to pancake batter).
2. Cook the Flatbreads
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it.
Pour a ladle of batter into the pan and gently spread into a small circle.
3. Flip & Finish
Cook for 1–2 minutes until bubbles form and the bottom is golden.
Flip and cook another 1 minute until lightly browned and puffy.
4. Serve
Brush with butter or olive oil if desired. Serve warm.
