That evening, Lucy finally told her husband, Mark, about the encounters.

“Mark, that boy stopped me again,” she said during dinner. “He’s saying strange things about the baby… about my grandmother.”

Mark couldn’t help but laugh. “You’re letting that bother you? Someone like that shouldn’t be taken seriously.”

To reassure her, Mark suggested they move to a quieter place.

“We can start fresh somewhere peaceful,” he said. “No distractions, no stress. Just us and our baby.”

Lucy agreed. Soon, they moved into a beautiful home in a calm neighborhood far away from everything that reminded her of the boy.

As the months passed, her pregnancy progressed well. But sometimes, late at night, she felt unusual movements from the baby. She also had vivid dreams about her grandmother — not frightening, but strangely intense and unforgettable.

Still, Lucy told herself it was just part of the emotional journey of becoming a mother.
