The Warning She Chose to Ignore
Part 1: A Strange Encounter
“You’re carrying your late grandmother in your pregnancy… don’t let that baby come into this world, or you’ll regret it.”
That was what the young boy told Lucy one day.
Lucy brushed it off immediately. She didn’t even mention it to her husband. To her, the boy was clearly unwell and didn’t understand what he was saying. She kept the strange encounter to herself, convincing her mind it was nothing more than nonsense.
Days later, Lucy went out to visit a friend to discuss some business. On her way, she saw the same boy again. He stood under a large tree, looking even more unkempt than before. This time, he stopped her with urgency.
“Stop! Right there!” he shouted.
Lucy frowned but rolled down her car window. “You again? What do you want? You should be getting help.”
The boy stepped closer, his expression unusually serious.
“This is not just a baby,” he said. “Your grandmother who passed away… she’s coming back through you. You have to be careful.”
Lucy felt uneasy for a moment, but quickly dismissed his words. “My grandmother was a good woman. You shouldn’t say things like that.”
The boy shook his head. “Just remember… you’ve been warned.”
Shaken but unwilling to believe him, Lucy drove away.
